Srinivas Pathakota is a senior engineering leader with close to 2 decades of global experience delivering complex projects in the rail and aerospace sectors. He has led multi-disciplinary engineering programmes across new product introductions, refurbishment, and predictive maintenance, holding key roles with Transport for London, Knorr-Bremse, and Bombardier. Srinivas excels in managing technical scope, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on systems integration and upgrade strategies. His background in both operations and product development enables him to drive high-impact outcomes across the asset lifecycle.

Amarnath Chirithoti is a versatile Engineering Consultant with nearly 2 decades of cross-sector experience in aerospace structures and railway rolling stock. He has contributed to major OEM programmes at Airbus and Boeing, as well as leading condition-based maintenance and structural assessments at Transport for London. Amarnath brings deep technical capabilities in composite and metallic design and predictive maintenance.
